Monthly:  $1175/mo + reservation fee 

Min Deposit Options:  

Rent = $1175 reservation fee            or

Rent-to-Own = 3.5% down = $5,075  reservation fee            or

Owner Financing = 10% down = $14,500 reservation fee           

*Minimum of $1175 due at as a move-in fee (plus first month's rent) unless 3.5% (or more) the asking price of the property is able to be put down. 

*The combined net income must be $3,525 with no evictions or judgments in the past 2 years and a good report from your landlord.

*Pet are welcome with Pet Fee and Pet Rent per pet.

*We do not supply appliances.

*Unfortunately, due to the nature of our program we are unable to work with the Section 8 voucher.

Path to Home Ownership program:  We consider everyone who applies to our Path to Home Ownership program.  Our team of will help guide you through this multi-level, 'one stop shop' program to help you achieve the American Dream of Homeownership!  No matter what condition your credit is in, we have an option for you!  This program offers those who may not qualify for a traditional bank loan a unique opportunity to eventually own a home.  A minimum up-front payment equal to the monthly rate is required on every home unless a 3.5% (or more) down payment is able to be put down towards the asking price of the home.  Don't have enough for the down payment?  We offer an optional Work for Equity program that allows you to do some fix-up in exchange for a lower down payment.  This is not required and not every home qualifies.  Our homes are available for Rent-to-Own, Owner Financing, New Loan from a Lender, or Purchase.  Apply today to see which path is best for you!
