Owner Financing:      10% down = $24,500 Reservation Fee       or

Minimum Down:      1.5% minimum = $3,600 partial Reservation Fee*

WORK-FOR-CREDITS PROGRAM:
Don't have enough money saved for a home or would you like to have an opportunity to earn more credits?  Can you do minor repairs like cleaning, painting, and yard work?
